The luxurious Kita Murasaki Uni is offered by Hadate Suisan and is served at many Michelin-starred restaurants in Japan. However, for the auction, only one lot was on offer, a hand packed box of prized Akatsuki uni which represents the highest grade or just one percent of Hadate Suisan’s yearly harvest.
