\u201cHello Hong Kong! I am thrilled to announce that I have now relocated to one of my favourite cities in the world! I look forward to seeing more of you in person at Sushiyoshi in Tsimshatsui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You may ask me why I am choosing to do this now. As I reach my half century milestone, I realised that I have unfulfilled ambitions and boundaries which I must explore. Hong Kong is an important base from which I can expand my vision of bringing innovative, fun and creative omakase to the world. From here, I also intend to pass on the concept and craftsmanship to the next generation, beyond Japan\u2019s borders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moving to Hong Kong fulfils part of my desire to continue my personal journey of fusing the best culinary ideas in the world with the finest Japanese craftsmanship. It also keeps me closer to my diners here, Taiwan and Shenzhen, China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is much more to do as I explore my personal boundaries. I look forward to your continued support and sharing my love for creative and fun omakase.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
